Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Kanchan’s Success Hub, we are committed to delivering high-value digital experiences through our coaching, courses, and online programs. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products and Online Programs

All purchases made for digital products (such as eBooks, courses, meditations, templates, webinars, or any downloadable content) are non-refundable.
Once payment is processed, you will receive immediate access to the content, and no cancellations or refunds will be issued.

This policy is in place to protect the intellectual property and the instant access nature of our offerings.

2. Coaching Programs / Workshops / Subscriptions

For live coaching programs, masterclasses, or event-based offerings:

• Once enrolled, no refunds will be issued after payment is made.

• You may request rescheduling or credit toward future programs if a valid reason is provided at least 72 hours prior to the start of the program.

• Credits are granted at the sole discretion of Kanchan’s Success Hub and are not guaranteed.

For any subscriptions (if applicable):

• You may cancel future billing at any time before the renewal date.

• No partial refunds are provided for unused days in the current billing cycle.

3. Duplicate Payment

If you are charged twice for the same product or service, please contact us with proof of payment. After verification, we will initiate a refund for the duplicate amount within 5–7 working days.
